1:00 PM Dedication of the restored Civil War Memorial at City Hall
2:00 Parade from City Hall to Park via North Madison Street, with the 1st Brigade Band
2:30 1st Brigade Band Concert and Historical Program at Lake Leota Park
3:30 Cavalry demonstration
5:00 Camps close to the public; road through camps reopened until 7:30
7:30 Camps reopen to the public; Songs ‘Round the Camp Fire with Frank Medina; Ice Cream Social (until 9:00) at the Upper Park Pavilion (ticketed; free for registered reenactors)

Note: In the event of rain, the Memorial dedication and 1st Brigade Band concert will be moved indoors to the Middle School Auditorium, 307 S. First Street (2-1/2 blocks from City Hall) from 1:00 to 2:30 PM, and bus transportation will be furnished from and to the Park.

Noon Victorian Tea and Presentation at Upper Park Pavilion, with Jessica Michna as Mary Todd Lincoln (ticketed)
2:00 PM WRC Flag Pole 75th Anniversary rededication, with the Womans Relief Corps, the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, and Boy Scout Troop 514. The National President of the WRC will be participating in the ceremony. (In the event of rain, the rededication ceremony will be held in the Upper Park Shelter House.)
